@KalkalHuman proudly participated in a three-day Trust-Building Training organized by @SIHANETWORK, aimed at strengthening collaboration, mutual understanding, and partnerships among stakeholders working to advance peace, human rights, gender equality, and community development.
The training provided a valuable platform for participants to engage in meaningful dialogue, exchange experiences, and explore practical approaches to building trust, fostering cooperation, and enhancing collective action in addressing social and community challenges. Discussions focused on the importance of inclusive engagement, conflict-sensitive approaches, effective communication, and partnership-building as key foundations for sustainable peace and development.
The training also highlighted the critical role of trust in strengthening relationships between communities, civil society organizations, women leaders, and other stakeholders, enabling more effective collaboration in promoting human rights, social cohesion, and community resilience.
KAHRDO values opportunities that enhance learning, networking, and partnership-building, recognizing that lasting peace and sustainable development can only be achieved through strong cooperation and shared commitment.
