We’re thrilled to have wrapped up the one-day talk show in Baidoa District, where we engaged with CSOs, youth, women, and community leaders in a dynamic discussion on key issues affecting the community.

We thank all 30 CSOs, community leaders, government representatives, media representatives, legal professionals, community elders, and religious leaders who participated in today’s one-day workshop on Preventing Land and Family Conflicts: Inclusive Workshop on Land Ownership and Dispute Resolution in Baidoa District.

To achieve the goals of the “Preventing Land and Family Conflicts” workshop, active participation, open dialogue, and a shared commitment to peaceful solutions are essential.

Today’s training session focused on understanding land ownership, identifying land-related conflicts (including family disputes), and exploring effective dispute resolution mechanisms.

Participants are actively engaging in group work during the Inclusive Workshop on Land Ownership and Dispute Resolution, focusing on preventing land and family conflicts.

We’re taking a short break and will resume shortly with the next session on land laws, the importance of land documentation, and types of land ownership as part of the workshop on preventing land and family conflicts.
