Kalkal Human Rights Development Organization (KAHRDO) is a women-led, non-governmental, and non-profit civil society organization based in Somalia. Established on July 7, 2013, KAHRDO is dedicated to promoting and protecting human rights, advancing gender equality, and supporting inclusive community development, focusing on women, youth, children, and other marginalized groups.
KAHRDO works to strengthen community resilience and social justice through rights-based programming, advocacy, capacity building, and humanitarian response. Operating primarily in the South West State of Somalia, including Baidoa, Afgoye, Barawe Marka, and Elberde districts, we closely collaborate with local communities, government institutions, and development partners.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Case Management Supervisor to lead our case management team. The successful candidate will oversee the implementation of case management processes, ensure quality service delivery, and maintain compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and provide guidance to case management staff in their daily operations.
- Ensure that case management processes are followed, including assessments, service planning, and follow-up.
- Monitor case files for accuracy and completeness, ensuring adherence to ethical and legal standards.
- Conduct training and professional development for case management personnel.
- Collaborate with external agencies and community partners to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
- Gather and analyze data to inform program improvements and report to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 3 of experience in case management, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of human rights issues, especially as they pertain to women, youth, and marginalized communities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
