We are honored to have participated in the Capacity-Building Training on Women, Peace and Security (WPS) organized by @Sihanet in Baidoa.
This training provided practical knowledge on integrating gender perspectives into peace and security programming, promoting women’s leadership, and addressing structural barriers that limit women’s participation in peace processes.
By equipping participants with the tools to advocate for gender equality in these crucial areas, we aim to enhance women’s roles as active contributors to peace and security in their communities. Together, we are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where women’s voices are heard and valued in the decision-making processes that affect their lives.
