@KalkalHuman, in partnership with @SIHANET, was pleased to host and participate in a two-day Capacity Building Workshop for feminist groups, conducted by @SIHA NETWORK. The workshop aimed to strengthen institutional capacity and promote organizational sustainability.
The sessions focused on enhancing financial management and project management skills for NGOs, covering essential areas such as budgeting, financial accountability, donor compliance, project planning, monitoring, reporting, and risk management. Participants engaged in interactive sessions, practical exercises, and experience-sharing, all designed to improve transparency, efficiency, and effective service delivery.
This initiative is a significant contribution to empowering feminist organizations to lead impactful, inclusive, and sustainable programs that advance gender justice and community development.
